The University of Tetova and the “Isa Boletini” University – Mitrovica have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at strengthening inter-university ties in the fields of education and scientific research. This agreement aims to create opportunities for deeper collaboration and accelerate educational and scientific development, as well as promote mutual understanding and the exchange of experiences between the two institutions.
The two universities will engage in joint research projects, staff and student exchanges, the organization of seminars and conferences, and short- and long-term visits of academic and research staff.
This collaboration will contribute to strengthening the quality of education and scientific research and will open new opportunities for students and researchers to develop their professional skills.
The agreement was signed by the rectors of the two universities, Prof. Dr. Jusuf Zejneli, Rector of the University of Tetova, and Prof. Dr. Nurten Deva, Rector of the “Isa Boletini” University – Mitrovica.
The rectors considered this agreement to be of historical importance because it represents a deep connection between two centers of knowledge that hold the spirit of resistance and progress at their core.
Among other things, it was emphasized that this collaboration will serve as a bridge uniting the experience and history of the two cities. The University of Tetova and the “Isa Boletini” University – Mitrovica are proving that the past and the future walk side by side. From the miners of Trepça, who ignited the hope for freedom, to the professors and students of the University of Tetova, who fought for the right to education, today this collaboration stands as a clear example that knowledge and resilience are two inseparable forces on the path to national development.
